VTQ Pathways Program
Life Skills and Development
Supporting Skills for Life, Work and Learning
Introducing Our VTQ Partnership
We are proud to partner with Vocational Training Queensland (VTQ) to offer inclusive, exciting and supported education pathways.
Through the VTQ Pathways Program, we deliver nationally accredited and pre-vocational training that builds literacy, numeracy, and life skills.
Our courses are self-paced and tailored to each learner—whether you’re working toward a Certificate in General Education for Adults (CGEA) or building confidence through non-accredited programs.
All sessions run from our Community Hub in Maroochydore, where learners work one-on-one with a trained mentor in a small group setting.
Lifelong learning with Thrive

Comprehensive life skills programs
Our self-paced, inclusive courses are designed to support re-engagement in learning and open doors to further study, employment, or greater independence.
We provide on-site mentoring and 1:1 support, helping participants engage with course content in a way that suits their needs and learning style.
VTQ Pathways Program is NDIS Funded
Our Program is available to eligible NDIS participants whose disability directly impacts their ability to learn or engage in education. If your plan includes a goal related to study, work, or building independence, you may be able to use Capacity Building funding to take part in the program.
Thrive House covers all VTQ course fees — the only cost to participants is for 1:1 mentor support, typically funded under Improved Daily Living, Lifelong Learning, or Social and Community Participation.
VTQ Pathways Program Schedule
Join us for the VTQ Pathways Program, held exclusively on Friday with two session times available:
